Responsibilities

Fandango is looking for a Product Manager to define and deliver an innovative consumer experience for products at Fandango. This role is responsible for collaborating with Product, Technology, PMO, UX/Design, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Customer Service, Fraud, Ad Sales and other stakeholders in defining the product requirements to build and maintain a best in class app experience for the Fandango audience. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 

 

• Identify customer needs and market opportunities and deliver actionable solutions
• Define KPIs and analyze metrics to inform the success of products
• Define user stories for the app experience, helping to prioritize backlog according to product strategy and business goals
• Execute on the development of products in partnership with cross-functional teams including Engineering, PMO, UX/Design, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Customer Service, Fraud, Ad Sales and Business Development, working with Product leads to unite teams towards a common goal
• Guide projects through launch and post-launch hyper-care
• Integrate research, market analysis and usability studies into product requirements to maximize user satisfaction and run A/B tests to optimize user experience

Qualifications/Requirements

We're looking to hire an exceptional individual in the area of product management, particularly within a consumer facing e-commerce apps. Specific requirements include:



• Degree in business, communications or other related field

• 2+ years of product development/management experience in the design, development and launch of successful app products with an emphasis e-commerce

• Experience with native Android and iOS mobile applications

• Familiarity with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Material guidelines and how to apply them to create compelling customer experiences

• Passionate about the mobile industry and keeping up with the latest trends and design patterns.

• Experience working with ad tech on mobile devices

• Knowledge and experience using app analytic platforms, tools such as Omniture, Firebase, App Annie

• Experience working in the Google Play Developer Console and App Store Connect

• A strong understanding and passion for consumer-focused digital commerce

• Goal-oriented, able to not only conceptualize products but also manage and optimize them throughout their lifecycle

• Excellent personal, verbal and written communication skills

• The ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive and professional tone across departments, SCRUM and JIRA experience a plus

• Expertise in juggling multiple tasks, re-prioritizing where needed 

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to evolve the product based on research data and industry trends

• Attention to detail is essential

• Willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives to completion
