We’re looking for a Director of Product Development who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. Our Director of Product will be responsible for the development of our platform. You’ll be working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and support teams, as well as iterating the overall vision for the product roadmap.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables
• Drive product planning, definition, execution, user engagement and feedback cycles
• Define and own product OKRs
• Define and own the release process and coordinate all of the activities required to bring new product and features to market
• With COO develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics
• Recommend new technology and ideas to improve sprints and efficiency
• Conduct research on the market and customers to identify trends and opportunities for future growth
• Develop, and implement strategies, specifications, designs, and proposals to achieve business goals
• Innovate new concepts, features and optimized user experiences

Qualifications:

• Start up experience required; ability to succeed with minimal guidance in ambiguous circumstances
• Relevant experience, Four year degree not required 
• 7+ years of experience as a product leader required
• 4+ years of experience in consumer facing e-commerce services or products preferred 
• Recommended 3+ years of experience with analytics, SEO and SEM
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Experience with digital management, project management, or workplace collaboration software is desired
• The ability to manage multiple projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills
• QA/QC background a big plus
• Has high standards, values hard work and is immensely results-driven
• Has strong design skills and understanding on how product components and materials work together both functionally and aesthetically
