The Customer Success Manager is focused on ensuring healthy customer retention through proactive account management activities.

  • In collaboration with Sales, onboarding, and Product Management, this position provides visibility into customer feedback, issues, and stability.
  • The ideal candidate will have effective customer engagement skills with exceptional critical thinking capabilities.
  • This position functions as a trusted advisor to Phonexa's clients and requires a solid understanding of affiliate or performance marketing.
  • The Customer Success Manager reports directly to the VP of Onboarding & Customer Success.
  • Working in a fun and fast-paced environment, the candidate must be able to interact with multiple customers and juggle multiple projects throughout the day while tracking progress and delivering top-notch account management promptly.
  • At Phonexa, the Client Success team interacts closely with the Sales team to ensure our customers are wildly successful. This position can be based in our HQ in Glendale, CA office.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive the value of Phonexa.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform features and solutions to ensure customers are leveraging the platform’s functionality to its fullest potential.
  • Understand customer business goals and objectives to ensure that clients derive maximum value from their investments in Phonexa and fully utilize the services on an ongoing basis.
  • Monitor customer usage to track adoption, opportunities for optimization, expansion, and at-risk early warning signs.
  • Proactively engage with existing customers periodically to promote customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with our product.
  • Serve as the voice of our customers cross-functionally, providing feedback and insights internally.
  • Work closely with our sales, product, marketing, engineering teams to develop and prioritize the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-years of customer success management in fast-paced work environments. Excellent client management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Must be analytical, organized, and methodical with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of CRM and Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides). HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • 1-year minimum experience working with SaaS Companies.
  • Bachelor's degree.
