THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated Coordinator to join the Thrive Market Brand team as we continue to develop and launch hundreds of high quality private label products that our members love! Reporting to the Senior Director of Thrive Market Brand, you will assist with clerical tasks and data entry related specifically to the department as well as help support the Product Innovators with product cuttings (testing formulas/recipes). Frequent and clear communication with members of the brand team, the distribution centers (located in Indiana and Nevada), external supplier partners, and other teams within the company are essential. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner, and have a passion for the department and business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setup new vendors and products with all relevant product information in systems
- Manage new item setup process and ensure an accurate and timely launch for all new SKUs
- Support team as needed
- Be curious, experimental, and interested in food, health, and new products
Assist Associate Brand Manager with:
-recommending values to list on package and on site
-internal reviews of packaging files
-new product photography and final preparations before product launches
-item maintenance for Thrive Market Goods, including but not limited to, cost changes, packaging changes, etc
-serve as main liaison between Member Services and Thrive Market Goods teams to compile and craft answers to our inquisitive members questions
Assist Product Innovators with:
-preparing for, performing, and capturing results of product cuttings
-gathering, tracking and organizing all new product information from vendors
-Assist in building reports and special projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work as part of a team and cross functionally
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills
- Detail oriented
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities
