We are looking for an experienced Commerical Product Strategy Manager to plan the business ecosystem from a holistic TikTok perspective. In this role, you will partner closely with both users and businesses. Think of TikTok as a giant community, with businesses and users, where everything that happens in marketing is part of the community. We believe that these actions also create user value. Just as in life, friends will recommend useful products to each other, and actively seek out product reviews to learn more about them. This strategy provides value to people's lives, so people do not think of them as "advertising." Ultimately, we hope to regulate the marketing behavior in TikTok through top-level economic and policy measures, and guide the participants in the ecosystem so that they can create value for users while fulfilling their marketing objectives. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for advertising and related commercial products for each country and region's performance goals, monitoring core data indicators and tracking key issues. 2. Works closely with global teams of user products, commercial products, commercial product operations, research and development, combined with the development of commercial and community ecology in each country. 3. Develop targeted commercial product development strategies to promote close collaboration between all parties with cross-functional teams. 4. Establish a comprehensive data monitoring mechanism to identify problems from data and promote effective solutions 5. Sort out the key business issues and future planning, improve the research and competitive product monitoring in each country to establish the advantageous position of commercial products in the competitive environment.

Qualifications

Job Requirements 1. Minimum of three or more years of working experience with a deep understanding of advertising business models and experience working with short-form video community products is a plus. 2. Excellent communication skills and good at cross-team facilitation to achieve business goals 3. Excellent data analysis, clear logic, thoughtfulness, and high data sensitivity. 4. Continuous learning ability, attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment 5. Experience in community/social products 6.
