What we are looking for…

An energetic and detail-oriented Senior Product Associate to help drive the execution of the product strategy including working across the company to inform the product roadmap and agenda. This person will be responsible for collaborating across the entire company to prioritize projects and mastering the Company's product suite and offerings. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset with proven success program managing product initiatives from completion to successful execution.

What you’ll do…

• Develop an understanding of customers, technology and competition and synthesize into a product strategy. 
• Communicate product priorities across the company by collaborating with various teams and build consensus among them. 
• Work closely with design in crafting simple, elegant, impactful experiences. 
• Collaborate with multiple teams to guide projects through development with high quality, reliability, and an attention to detail. 
• Integrate user research, product testing, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user experience. 
• Define and analyze metrics that inform and track the success of our products. 
• Understand our strategic and competitive position in the market and to inform the process to deliver innovative products. 
• Continually strive to maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and changes are to be expected.

What you’ll bring…

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 2+ years experience in hands on product management experience ideally working in an App or Internal Dashboard; experience in real estate or short-term rentals a plus
• Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast paced business environment
• Proven success managing multiple assignments with concurrent or overlapping delivery dates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a cross-functional environment
• An analytical and data-driven mindset
• Experience in SQL, FullStory, Amplitude, Jira/Confluence a plus
