Here's what you'll get to do:
- Own the roadmap for a feature development team.
- Define product solutions for existing business problems and/or opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering peers to drive the product development process for a feature development team—determine requirements, develop a plan, and manage its delivery.
- Learn from a talented team of Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Analysts to develop and refine your own skills as a Product Manager.
- Interview users and build relationships with customers to develop your own perspective.
- Make decisions and trade-offs to ensure your projects remain on schedule and are successful.
- Communicate with every level of our organization, from individual contributors to executives.
Here's what we're looking for:
- 1 or more years of professional work experience in Product Management, Product Design, Software Engineering, Product Operations, Data Analytics, Customer Support or other related field.
- Experience managing projects and deliverables across one or more teams. You are organized and deadline driven.
- Familiarity with current software development best practices and tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills. Your written materials are easy to read, and you are comfortable leading group discussions.
- Experience working in a dynamic, execution-driven environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and to model your work after others.
- A passion for gaming, its community, and its customers.
