As an Associate Product Manager, you will partner directly with the Product Managers to define new features and grow our products based on your understanding of user needs and will assist a cross-functional team to ensure our products are innovative and bring new possibilities to our users. You’ll also conduct research on markets and our competitors to develop strategies that determine the direction of the GoGuardian Product Platform. You will collect and analyze this data, evangelize the insights drawn from the analysis and work with developers to define features based on these insights.

What will I be doing?

• You will assist in all aspects of building products, from ideation to launch
• You will assist in discovering and defining customer impact metrics and feedback to further develop product strategy
• You will substantiate any product decisions by proving, or disproving, their validity with experimentation and measurable results
• You will develop a deep understanding of our user personas (able to describe different user/stakeholder types: what are their needs, motivations, concerns, etc.) 
• You will research and identify market opportunities and help define product vision
• You will assist with day-to-day PM tasks: requirement writing, release notes, managing backlog and product roadmap
• You will work closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule
• You will regularly engage with marketing and revenue teams to leverage their feedback in our roadmap assessment and equip them to support your product
