Associate Product Manager - Ad Tech
Tinder brings people together. With tens of millions of users and a presence in every country on earth, our reach is expansive—and rapidly growing. Your work here can change the world and we’re just getting started. As a member of the Product Management team, you will merge technology and design into a brilliant, seamless user experience. We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join a growing team focused on advertising products and ad tech, as we proudly lead and innovate within the native in-app ad ecosystem. If you are inventive, resourceful and intuitive — if you can’t sleep until you achieve the perfect balance between form and function — we want to hear from you.
In this role you will:
- Be a key member of a small team focused on building innovative ad products that deliver world class user experiences, yield high engagement metrics, and contribute to Tinder’s revenue team.
- Prioritize development, QA, enhancements, and fixes of upcoming and existing ad products.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, analytics, ad operations, and leading ad tech networks, ensuring every interaction is accurately translated from concept to device.
- Create wireframes, product requirements, and other illustrations to convey feature ideas and gather feedback for new advertising products.
- Analyze user data, performance metrics, and A/B testing to measure impact of features.
We're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience with Android and iOS mobile platforms, with a strong technical background and intuitive design sense, specifically but not limited to in-app native advertising.
- A deep understanding and passion for mobile ad tech and advertising SDKs, with a proven track record of shipping beautiful consumer-facing native ad products.
- An expert communicator, coordinator, and collaborator that can work cross-functionally with shifting priorities, while advocating for Tinder’s products internally and externally.
Bonus points if you have:
- A BA/BS in Computer Science.
- Previously held a Technical Account Management or Sales Engineer role.
- Prior startup experience; being scrappy will help you hit the ground running.
As part of our team, you’ll enjoy:
- The hustle of a startup with the impact of a global business.
- Tremendous opportunity to solve some of the industry’s most exciting problems.
- Working with an extraordinary team of smart, creative, fun and highly motivated people.
- Comprehensive health coverage, competitive salary, 401(k) match and meaningful equity.
- Unlimited vacation and flexible working hours.
- Daily catered lunches, endless supply of refreshments, basketball court, fitness classes and social events.
- Modern, uplifting work environment in an ideal location.
