- Identifying business opportunities for our umbrella of IT service solutions.
- Data server solutions, certified help desk tech support, and custom built to spec IT engineering approach to designing and developing information systems.
- Analyzing client’s IT infrastructure needs and apply them to the latest cloud IT technologies
- Collaborate with technical solutions team to perform current state assessment and create plan for optimizing client’s IT environment and needs.
- Articulate managed IT business plan to our clients
- Advise and explain the positive impact managed IT has on compliance, collaboration productivity
- Be comfortable to engage with business owners and organization leaders
- Inform our customers about the benefits of managed IT services and the positive impact in can have on their organizations
- Other duties as assigned
