We are seeking an (Sr) IT Manager to join our fast growing team.  As the IT Manager, you’ll be responsible for building out the IT structure and drive IT best practices throughout the organization.  We’re looking for a modern device management strategy (not traditional active directory).  The mentality here is a cloud-services first approach and single sign-on for everything.  Since our company is growing extremely fast, we’ll need to institute a very robust IT environment to handle that growth. You’ll also have responsibility of IT procurement and inventory management function and the maintenance of records and assets for the organization's hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the leadership team on strategic IT initiatives
• Drive multiple information technology projects and drive project deliverables.
• Implementing IT systems such as SSO, Device Policy, etc.
• Ability to both work hands-on and lead a team as the IT function scales
• Handle all IT procurement and inventory management functions and the maintenance of records for all IT related assets.
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner; acts as final point of contact for technical issues.
• Be responsible for inventory controls and inventory accuracy of equipment and other IT assets
• Minimize organizational cost through product standardization and tracking

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience
• Experience researching and implementing IT solutions
• Natural problem solver who enjoys identifying ways to make life easier
• Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High focus on achieving goals through problem solving and collaboration

Preferred

• Managing mixed Windows and OS X systems
• Experience with AirWatch and Okta or similar
• Understanding of IT Security best practices
• Experience managing SaaS vendors
