TRUECar is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team! In this role, the Senior Salesforce Developer will perform hands-on development with a focus on delivering scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and other SFDC technologies to meet the needs of TRUECar’s business operations and company initiatives.  This person is expected to take a critical role in the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of key projects that leverage the Salesforce platform and third party vendor applications.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Liaise with stakeholders and participate in requirements gathering sessions to fully understand current processes and requirements

• Recommend scalable and maintainable solutions within the SFDC platform to meet stakeholder objectives and support business operations

• Take on technical design, configuration, development, and delivery of new features and feature enhancements in Salesforce (full cycle)

• Perform unit, integration, and performance testing

• Help integrate with third party vendor applications including Conga, EchoSign, Ortoo, MapAnything, and others

• Assist in the configuration and implementation of new Salesforce products and transition to new technologies such as Lightning

• Troubleshoot urgent, escalated issues and provide support in fulfilling service requests to ensure high-quality business operations

• Conduct long-term improvement projects to ensure compatibility with the company’s evolving technology landscape and needs

WHAT YOU NEED

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in a Technology-related field)

• Minimum of 6+ years of Salesforce developer experience

• In-depth knowledge and experience with Apex, Visualforce, web services, APIs, and integrations with third party applications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and deliver on-time with minimal supervision

• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and stakeholder objectives

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with aggressive timelines and delivery dates

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to set clear expectations with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior work experience in Lightning strongly preferred

• Salesforce.com Developer related certifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
