Role Overview

Reporting to the Sr. IT Manager, the IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for:

Partnering with stakeholders to develop and promote automation methodologies that drive continuous service delivery and system integration

Work with IT Service Operations Manager and Sr. IT Manager to set the vision and priorities for the ongoing IT strategy

Standardize and document systems, processes, and workflows as they apply to the overall data flow for internal and external applications 

Maintain and own the continuous integration pipeline as it applies to internal technologies and automation workflows 

Partnering with the IT Service Operations Manager to find innovative and creative solutions to solve internal problems permanently

Own, manage, and document the internal network operations as well as setup and maintain a monitoring and SLA’s for continuous delivery of service

Manage and maintain internal systems as they apply to the above (GSuite, Okta, etc. ) 

Ideal Profile

Technology experience in enterprise software, education technology, consumer internet, or related industries

A proven track record of managing enterprise tools and systems as they apply to Network/Data connections

Demonstrated success and understanding of diverse IT Systems, especially cloud applications and services

Advanced knowledge of API’s and scripting languages such as BASH or Python

Excited by the challenge of helping to build a world-class technology team that delivers white glove service 

Exposure to enterprise level tools and systems such as GSuite, Okta, HRIS, JIRA, and AWS 

Ability to facilitate and enable people to collaborate with each other; and promote collaboration with partners e.g. with Universities, corporate clients and the team

High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality
