ABOUT THE ROLE: 

We are looking for a Senior IT Generalist with a proven track record of supporting small-to-mid-sized teams. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining PC’s, curating software licenses, and rolling out security protocols across three locations in the US. 

Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, a team first attitude, and maintaining a friendly, supportive, proactive environment are all essential to your success.

What You’ll Do

• Ability to spec, build and maintain desktop PC’s, maintain laptops, and handle all hardware requests across multiple locations
• Respond to issues / tickets for variety of Help Desk tasks including PC Break/fix, account issues, password resets, equipment repairs, VPN connectivity issues, system access, device and driver installation
• Create requested application accounts and manage software licenses across multiple software packages
• Admin communication tools and software licenses
• Maintain Asset Inventory through online asset management system
• Walk up support help for small business office (15-25 people)
• Bi-monthly (every two months) onsite support for other offices in Seattle and Kansas City with remote support.
• Maintain and manage conference room solutions (Zoom)
• Maintain and manage printer/copier configuration and troubleshooting

Who You Are

• Working knowledge of Windows 10, OSX, Linux, Directory Services (GSuite, JumpCloud), Remote Desktop, Slack, Jira/Confluence, Git and Perforce
• Experience in applying and enforcing general security policies (Multi-Factor Authentication, password complexity, etc...) is desired 
• Knowledge and management of PC imaging solutions (MAC and Windows Devices)
• Knowledge and management of PC deployment and inventory solutions 
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management solutions and enforcement of BYOD policies 
• General networking knowledge is a plus. Ability to maintain multiple existing small office networks consisting of Ubiquity network hardware and Access Points, with Site to Site VPN connectivity between offices.
