The Platform team provides the foundation that empowers Fair's engineers to build incredible things. We're looking for a dynamic security analyst who is passionate about and interested in infrastructure, network, systems, and security engineering.


As a Security Analyst reporting to the Senior Security Analyst, Platform Engineering, you will help shape the development of Fair's security team. You will work with Fair's Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and leadership teams to define our privacy and data security standards. You will work with the Platform team to architect and build security infrastructure and tooling for the entire Engineering organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support in building Fair's product engineering security workflow
  • Conduct security reviews
  • Improve Fair's monitoring and threat detection capabilities
  • Implement security tooling
  • Promote conventions on production readiness and operational excellence
  • Help manage our bug bounty program, working with researchers and our engineering teams to fix vulnerabilities


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with engineers
  • Experience developing and maturing a security program
  • Experience communicating technical concepts with team members across multiple departments and regions
  • Experience conducting security trainings for a company
  • Internal red teaming/penetration testing experience
  • Any of the following certification(s): CISM, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or similar
