Junior Systems Administrator

We invite you to join us for an exciting and rewarding experience as a Junior Systems Administrator. This role will aim to support our Associate Director of Business Operations with ad-hoc and small-scale scripting requests and other technical tasks as necessary (i.e. day-to-day server administration tasks).

What you'll do:

• Maintain a repository of tools for on-demand changes and updates as needed
• Ability to pull metrics from database to place into automated daily reports
• Learn and understand the needs of various teams and assist in the development of tools and reporting that can improve team efficiency and quality of output
• Liaison with select teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, develop ad hoc solutions as well as long term workflow/reporting improvements
• Documentation of scripts and development workflow (GitHub)

What you need:

• Competency and understanding of Python required
• Competency and understanding of SQL required
• Ability to work with multiple internal teams and identify needs for a constantly evolving organization
• Experience integrating tools with Salesforce, Box, Slack and other 3rd party reporting APIs
• Beginning Linux Command Line
