Responsibilities:

• Proficient working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and various other operating systems.

• Proficient working knowledge of office equipment including IP-based telephones, fax machines, printers, etc.

• Installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of computer hardware, software and peripheral equipment in a timely manner.

• Perform administrative network operations including establishing and maintaining user accounts, data paths, passwords, email accounts, Internet connectivity, and data retention operations.

• Familiar with  network infrastructure configuration.

• Meet deadlines and timelines by organizing the work schedule to correspond with technical support.

• Maintain detailed records related to assigned activities.

• Perform various server administrative tasks.

• Network Attached Storage maintenance and configuration .

Qualifications:

• Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, personal accountability and courtesy

• Work independently and collaboratively with internal team

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, an Associate Degree with at least 1 year of IT-related experience, or 2-3 years of experience as an IT technician, and/or A+, Network+ Certifications 

• Server administration and basic programming/development experience is preferred

• Interest/passion for entertainment, film, gaming, and pop/internet culture is a bonus

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

• Strong attention-to-detail and experience in maintaining impeccable organization

• AWS experience a plus
