As the IT Systems Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage the help desk and use your knowledge and experience to support the company and its users. Additionally, the IT Systems Manager will focus on executing the implementation, maintenance, and support of hardware, software and systems necessary to support users, improve efficiency, and build customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Develop a high performing, customer-focused IT Help Desk Team
• Develop and implement standard IT operating procedures that focus on efficiency, continuous improvement, and supporting Aspiration staff
• Work with and support Information Security to ensure company policies are followed
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding
• Participate in the architectural design and implementation of new IT systems
• Ensure uptime and provide metrics for IT systems
• Manage IT assets; lifecycle, tracking, inventory, ordering, shipping, repairing, patching, and retirement
• Provide regular feedback to staff to promote development, improvement, and teamwork including annual performance reviews

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of IT experience
• Experience supervising an IT help desk
• Experience with a cloud-first architecture and applications
• Experience with mobile device management, VPN
• Extensive experience with Mac OS
• Proficient understanding of on-premise IT infrastructure and HA requirements
• Proficient understanding of networking technology
• Call center technologies and support experience a plus
• IT, security, or applicable vendor certifications a plusStartup/tech company experience a plus
