Help Desk Support Specialist

We're currently looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to be on the front lines in our El Segundo office, supporting employees in a primarily Mac and G Suite environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work at a high-growth, fast-paced technology startup where you'll be a key contributor and wear multiple hats.
Our environment: approximately 125 users (and growing!) with a handful of remote based employees; predominantly Mac users, G Suite, Jira & Confluence, AWS infrastructure and Meraki firewall.
What you’ll do:
· Provide Level 1 support for day-to-day operations and IT needs of our employees
· Onboard and Offboard users
· Mobile device management
· Audio/Visual setup, support, and troubleshooting
You’ll bring your passion for interfacing with people and 1-3 years of experience in:
· G Suite management
· Mac OS X
· Ticketing systems
· MDM - Jamf or similar
· Audio/Visual equipment
It's a bonus if you have:
· AWS, Meraki/firewall, VPN, AP or SSO experience
· Worked in a SaaS environment
· Passionate about education and technology
