What you’ll do:

WITHIN is looking for an IT Support Technician to help with the day-to-day IT operations of our quickly-growing company. As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be primarily focused on the general health and maintenance of around 50 Macs and PCs, along with their associated peripherals.

The impact you’ll make:

• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems in a variety of contexts
• Setting up and tearing down workstations
• Regular maintenance of shared “demo” rooms, video conference rooms, employee workstations, etc.
• Assembly of shippable equipment kits
• Traveling to, and assisting with, off-site events
• Responding to co-worker’s technical questions
• Maintenance of equipment stock room and off-site storage rooms
• Following instructions and accomplishing tasks as directed by the IT Lead and other managers

What you’ll need to be successful:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of IT-related job experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service focus
• Familiarity with computer components must have built a working PC from parts
• Familiarity with both Windows 10 and MacOS
• Understanding of basic networking concepts must be able to configure wireless routers
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
