About the IT Support Specialist @ Headspace:
Headspace is looking for an energetic and task-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our Corporate IT team! Under the direct supervision of the Director of Corp. IT, the IT Support Specialist role will serve as front-line user support for all Headspace employees, and will also take lead on Audio/Visual setup, support, and troubleshooting. How your skills and passion will come alive at Headspace:
- This IT Support Specialist will be on the front lines, supporting our users in all aspects of technology
- Focus on support of Mac workstations and the A/V systems present in our Santa Monica headquarters (95% Mac/5% Windows)
- Provide A/V support/troubleshooting, especially with telepresence systems including, TVs, projection, wireless mics, live-streaming, video conferencing, etc. (Cisco WebEx preferred)
- Maintain accounts and groups within G-Suite/Google administration
- Provide white glove support for executive level users
- Use quick-thinking, problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with Macs, PCs, and iOS devices
- Deliver top-notch and timely customer service
- Be a highly flexible multitasker able to occasionally work non-standard hours (occasional travel may be required to assist with event A/V setup, etc.)
What you’ve accomplished:
- 1-3 years of experience working with Mac OS X
- 1-3 years supporting G-Suite as an admin
- 1-3 years of experience working with iOS and Android
- 1-3 years of experience working in a customer service setting
- 1-3 years of experience troubleshooting A/V systems (conference rooms, presentation spaces, etc.)
