What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the information security team to protect Sidecar Health and its members from cyber threats
  • Support the IT helpdesk and respond to tickets; Take ownership of user issues, follow up, and communicate progress in a timely manner.
  • Administration of user accounts (complete lifecycle)
  • Configure and issue equipment for onboarding employees using mobile device management for zero touch deployment 
  • Track inventory; manage an accurate asset management system
  • Ensure security software (antivirus, DLP, software agents, etc.) run properly to continuously protect the endpoints 
  • Patch systems to meet SLA requirements and provide metrics 
  • Provide IT support for call center staff
  • Support the buildout and maintenance of office networking infrastructure

*The position will initially be remote but due to the user support aspects of the role, it will transition to onsite.

 

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in an IT support role
  • MacOS experience
  • Experience using endpoint management and security tools
  • Office 365 or Google Enterprise experience
  • Experience using a collaborative tool and ticketing system (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • User account and access management experience
  • Understanding of networking technologies including wireless
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Understanding of Active Directory and AD Architecture
  • Single sign-on experience
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

Nice to Have

  • Mobile device management experience
  • Single sign-on experience
  • Windows server, Active Directory, and Group Policy experience
  • Wireless management experience, e.g. Meraki or Ruckus
  • IT, security, or related vendor certification, e.g., ITIL, A+, or Security+
