PeerStreet is looking for an IT Desktop Support Analyst (Hybrid schedule) to help our IT team and provide technical support to 200+ Employees working Remote and from our El Segundo HQ! 

Our ideal candidate must have experience diagnosing issues related to Mac computer hardware and software, printers, scanners, copiers, A/V equipment, as well as be able to independently research, select, and implement reasonable solutions, document resolution, and proper operating procedures. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day end-user support for 200+ users local & remote
  • Provide first-level technical support contact for all computer issues (Mac, Printers, IOS, Android)
  • Provide Support for Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Microsoft Apps, and other cloud-based platforms.
  • Comfortable providing remote support with patience and understanding
  • Assist with project implementations
  • Manage IT asset inventory, forms, and policies
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hardware, software, and peripherals issues
  • Document, monitor, and resolve support tickets for IT-related issues in a timely manner
  • Must be able to lift upwards of 40lbs. (computers, desks, monitors, etc)
  • Assist with moving desks and users IT equipment.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision; must be a self-motivated self-starter that can initiate ideas, take ownership of work and see it through to completion
  • Provide proactive customer service with strong attention to detail
  • Learn new technologies quickly and with minimal guidance
  • Thrives on technical challenges and takes pride in solving them
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Mac Support experience
  • Experience with Google Workspace: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets
  • Experience with JAMF is a plus
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Strong communication & documentation skills
  • Brownie points for Jamf, Okta, or Google Workspace Certifications 
  • Patience and a desire to provide world-class customer service
  • A passion for technology and eagerness to learn
