IT Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
Prepare to be busy! The IT Administrator will be responsible for prioritizing assignments, and handling time-sensitive tasks in a fast paced, growth oriented environment. To be able to succeed in this role you should be able to contribute effortlessly to the tasks assigned which will help IT Operations attain their specific goals and deadlines
Job Expectations:
Responsible for placing all IT related orders via credit card or purchase orders
Coordinate setting up new IT vendors
Organize monthly IT expense receipts and submission to the Accounts Payable department
Track IT Contracts
Work with Finance team on creating monthly & quarterly tracking of capital and expense reports
Track annual IT expense projections
Review open purchase orders
Assist in the streamlining of day-to-day processes
Schedule internal & external meetings
Run weekly, monthly data reports as needed
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,Powerpoint)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Team player
Experience Requirements:
Generally requires 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
Education Requirements:
Associates Degree in related field required. Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred
