GoGuardian is on a mission to transform education by helping to protect students in the digital space from harmful and distracting content and supporting their mental health. GoGuardian is growing and we’re hiring a Help Desk Support Specialist II to assist in building out GoGuardian's IT infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Act as a core member of our IT Team at our headquarters
• Primary break/fix support for day-to-day IT operations and needs of all GoGuardian teams
• Work closely with both the Operations & HR departments on various IT projects
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes
• Build out our IT infrastructure and work on various security and systems initiatives
• Frequently ship IT equipment to employees, as well as receive it
• Ability to work from home

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience supporting teams with a minimum of 200 employees
• Experience with group policies and VPNs
• Experience with supporting Mac, PC, and Chromebook environments
• A self-motivated attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a collaborative, team environment where you're flexible and can jump in on various projects
• Experience managing and maintaining G Suite
• Meraki and JAMF experience
• Experience working in a SaaS environment
• You're passionate about education and/or EdTech
