Facilities Operations Analyst
Job Description
We’re looking for a Facilities Operations Analyst to join Procore’s Facilities department. In this role, you’ll support Procore’s Office Operations team and employees, helping make Procore an amazing place to work.
As a Facilities Operations Analyst, you’ll partner with a wide range of departments to ensure the facilities and workplace are operating properly and continuously improving. You'll interact with a diverse employee population, troubleshoot building maintenance issues, facilitate requests, and analyze and report data. Successful candidates are organized, proactive, and able to prioritize a wide range of tasks. If you're a customer-focused team player, we'd love to hear from you!
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Facilities Operations and will be based in our Carpinteria Office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you'll do:
Coordinate and manage projects cross-departmentally
Will help optimize building systems, reporting, and data collection
Interact with and lead vendors and contractors for campus services as well as the entire employee population.
Respond to urgent maintenance issues and facilities tickets
Assist in the build-out and installation of desks, desk equipment, and furniture in conjunction with the IT department
Other duties as assigned
What we're looking for:
3+ yrs experience in Operations, Workplace Experience, or Facilities Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in project management, inventory/asset tracking, and logistics
Experience in data collection and reporting
Experience with operational analysis
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience preferred in Google suite, MS Office Suite, Zoom, OfficeSpace, Jira, Bluebeam/Vizio
A Proactive, well-rounded individual who works well in a team atmosphere and has a strong commitment to customer service, and has the ability to interact and communicate cross-departmentally with Stakeholders and leadership
