As our Director of Information Technology - you will:

• Create and manage Clutter's IT roadmap for the following areas:
• HelpDesk support for HQ and regional offices
• Build the team to manage Clutter's network quality of Service at: warehouses, call center(s), regional offices, supply chain nodes
• Automation for talent, people, and related business units
• Determine business requirements for IT systems and manage vendor relationships
• Ensure strategic capacity planning
• Manage all parts of the IT organization, including network, helpdesk, and cloud infrastructure

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience with fiscal responsibility and ability to budget and forecast for the department
• Demonstrated success understanding hard costs and opportunity costs
• Great cross functional and cross modal communication
• Ability to communicate technical ideas into easy to understand terms
• BS in CS, CE, or related STEM field
