PatientPop - the first Practice Growth Platform serving the healthcare industry - helps practices grow, modernize their patient experience, and streamline their front-office. The company's SaaS platform manages the patient journey from first impression to the examining room, and picks-up again after treatment is complete to nurture and recall patients when the time is right.

This role reports to SVP Operations. This position will be responsible for delivering scalable company-wide business systems that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Human Resources.

This position requires fast paced, high energy, outcome driven results, working with multiple stakeholders to drive business growth. The head of Information Systems will be expected to have hands-on successful experience in managing large-scale cloud-based enterprise-stack transformations.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic direction and business systems architecture/roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure executive team has accurate and comprehensive dashboards to make business decisions
  • Accountable for management of business systems security, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Partner with Product/Engineering to document/align enterprise data model between business systems and our products. Oversee data governance across the business systems.
  • Operate within a matrix organization of Business Ops/Analysts within each department.
  • Seek cost-effective solutions and cost-reducing tactics (e.g., consolidate application/tool stack across departments).

What We’re Looking For:

  • 15+ years of IT leadership experience in roles of increasing responsibility and complexity.
  • 5+ years of hands-on enterprise-wide Salesforce experience:
    • Certifications: Admin, Developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
    • Implementation experience with APEX Language, Classes, Controllers & Triggers, VisualForce Pages, custom objects, workflows and validations rules to automate tasks
    • Integration experience with Salesforce third-party applications: Zuora, Sertifi, Pardot, TaskRay, Gainsight, etc.
  • Experience with BI Dashboard solutions (e.g., Klipfolio, Grow).
  • An individual who flourishes in a high growth tech environment and adapts well to change.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts, both verbally and written.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience working with sandbox and production environments to manage changes.
