Job description
AppOnboard is hiring a Technical Support Associate to join our Technology team as the initial point of contact to support AppOnboard's partners. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service and possesses a technical background in mobile applications and/or ad tech to effectively troubleshoot issues.
AppOnboard is a next-gen platform that powers Full-Fidelity Demos, which allow users to instantly experience an app or game in the highest quality possible before downloading it.
