Bussiness Operations Manager
Located in Woodland Hills, CA, within the beautiful Warner Center area, we are a direct lender providing simple, honest, and attainable financing for America’s small businesses. Our company is looking for a dynamic BizOps Manager to join our team and identify, develop, and lead strategic initiatives that will drive growth, enhance margins, deepen customer relationships and take ForwardLine into the future.
This is a cross-functional position with high visibility from ForwardLine’s executive team. The BizOps team works on the company’s most pressing projects, from ideation to execution to expansion. These projects exist across all business areas and most often involve multiple systems, data, processes, and teams working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities
- Advise and determine business unit KPIs, and drive execution and management of projects to improve these KPIs
- Use data to understand new ways of finding impactful insights from limited data sets and develop recommendations
- Lead technology, process improvement, vendor review, and partnership initiatives to optimize the customer experience, increase conversion, and lower acquisition cost
- Contribute to the enterprise-level technical road map, including identifying new opportunities as well as understanding and prioritizing projects and initiatives that come from other groups at ForwardLine
- Monitor adoption, usage, and LTV impact of new products and features
- Partner with one or many business areas to provide analytic, technical, and management horsepower
- Communicate product updates, process changes, strategies, results, and day-to-day minutiae to a variety of groups across the organization, from the executive team down to front-line sales reps
Skills & Qualifications
- High comfort level interacting with both technical and non-technical groups – you should be able to speak to a sales group one minute and contribute to product development discussions with engineers the next
- 3-5 years’ experience at a tech company, financial services (especially lending), investment banking, or management consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred
- Proficiency with SQL, R, python, or other data-focused technical skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and systematic approach to task performance

Salary: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
