What You'll Do:

RingDNA is looking for a proven VP of Marketing to own the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels. These programs will include outreach to our existing database through marketing automation; lead generation through events and search engine marketing; and optimizing the use of our own web site as a lead generation channel. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and entrepreneurial, with a strong track record of driving leads and revenue for SaaS companies.

  • Design, plan, and manage integrated campaigns that reach both bag-carrying sellers and sales leader personas to generate a winnable pipeline.
  • Obsessively measure performance and cost per acquisition, continuously adjusting the channel mix and messages for optimal results.
  • Create and manage a budget that meets company goals for pipeline growth.
  • Hire and manage a high-performing team plus contractors and vendors.
  • Manage key relationships between Marketing, Product and Sales to ensure strategic and functional alignment.
  • Ensure consistent message, voice, and experience across campaigns.
  • Create and develop Product Marketing, supporting sales with multi-media collateral. Coordinate with Design and Content teams to produce engaging assets such as videos, guides, and infographics.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, building and maintaining a high-value target databases.

Who You Are:

  • 7-10+ years experience spanning marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations
  • 5+ years experience managing a high-performance team
  • Organized and methodical approach, with critical-thinking skills.
  • Passionate about marketing best practices and emerging channels.
  • Track record of success juggling requests from multiple stakeholders.
  • Concise verbal and written skills. Able to distill key takeaways quickly.
