Key Responsibilities:

Dave is looking for a data-driven Paid Search Specialist to join our rapidly expanding Marketing team. You’ll directly manage search engine marketing (SEM) across Google Adwords and Apple Search Ads, making optimizations and updates daily. You’ll be focused on growing  and scaling Dave’s accounts by driving lower customer acquisition costs and also increasing overall spend. The perfect candidate will be an asset Week 1. We’re looking for someone who is driven, analytical, strategic, obsessed with marketing spend efficiency, and will love being part of our close-knit team.

  • Plan, develop, and implement paid media strategies to drive scale and efficient customer acquisition costs across Google Adwords and Apple Search.

  • Utilize Google Analytics and Apps Flyer to develop action items to increase the value of each new user acquired.

  • Compiling weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports with key performance metrics.

  • Developing copy for all campaigns and work with the creative team to define creatives needed for all campaigns.

  • Assure conversion tracking is correct within all channels.

  • Staying informed with the Paid Search industry best practices, new trends, technologies, and platform updates.

  • Define and implement new search channels that could provide value to Dave’s user acquisition team.

Experience Required:

  • A comprehensive understanding of the Google AdWords auction, general advertising ecosystem, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives.

  • 1-2+ years of work in media planning.

  • Proven success of scaling Google Adwords’ accounts.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • The ability to work independently but thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic and analytical, comfortable using data to inform decisions but also highly creative and resourceful.

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.

  • Strong initiative to drive results and solve problems.
