TikTok Growth Marketing Manager — LA
Responsibilities
1、This Growth Marketing Manager role is responsible for generating and growing our user based for multiple product lines through online and offline methods. 2、You will be directly responsible for generating business leads, building the market strategy and managing across existing and future partners to drive user acquisition. 3、Help define market strategy together with the growth marketing team in HQ Execute, manage, and deliver business pipelines with both existing channels and new channels on online& offline marketing strategies. 4、Manage and maintain relationships with Facebook, Google adwords, Snapchat and mobile application developers. 5、Review business metrics/effectiveness on recurring basis with the leadership team. 6、Support contract negotiations,operation localization, and business planning Build and maintain relationships with market influencers .
Qualifications
1、2+ years of experience in a business development role focused on digital marketing/ growth marketing. 2、Proven ability to build, lead, and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment. 3、Has executive presence and technical depth to function as leader and advisor to the most strategic global partners. 4、Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organization. 5、Strong drive and character qualities that match with company core values and inspires others to follow and act. 6、Strong tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and execute in a changing environment; ability to make things happen. 7、MS/MBA or other related advanced degree preferred, Chinese& English bilingual is a plus.
