SUMMIT & EVENT CONTENT PRODUCER

We are looking for an experienced summit & event content programmer focused on keynote speakers to join our growing organization at PTTOW! & WORLDZ. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of sourcing and executing keynote speakers on a world class level. Someone who is passionate, motivated, and driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Have mastery over next-generation media, entertainment, technology, social impact, etc. …and the top companies and the personalities leading them.
• Be well connected to speaker/presenter communities and partners including TED, YPO, SXSW, DAVOS, DLD, Google Zeitgeist, Tech Crunch Disrupt, Vanity Fair, CAA, WME, etc…
• Be able to coach and train the world’s best speakers and thought leaders
• Create and manage project & speaker timelines; supervise, coordinate, and ensure the on-time and orderly flow of all deliverables from project initiation through delivery
• Source, organize, update, and manage all speaker assets
• Ensure that our main stage executions are flawlessly executed live, including timing and asset deliverables

REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of directly relevant experience or in a related environment 
• Ability to perform at their best in live, high stress event environments.
• Great confidence and strong verbal and written communication skills, including writing and presentation development
• Inspiring personality that is team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a collaborative approach.
