The Subscriptions Program Lead is a strategic thinker with a customer-centric, innovative mindset who can translate data, insights, and trends into transformational business opportunities for Subscriptions at The Bouqs Company.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Retention & Subscriptions and working with a broad group of cross-functional stakeholders, this position is charged with driving the vision for the subscription program, prioritizing the best opportunities, and managing a test and learn approach to execution.  

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market data, category trends, and consumer insights to identify new product white space to drive up sign ups and reduce churn.
  • Work with research and insights teams understand consumer segments, their profiles, behaviors and identify innovation opportunities.
  • Owns benefits suites and pricing strategy for Subs- what we offer, how we communicate to customers, impact on acquisition, retention, and financials.  Establish clear test and learn roadmap on different benefits to make decisions based on data.  
  • Develop roadmap to increase acquisition and retention off-site and no-site.  Prioritize based on expected revenue/ LTV.  Partner closely with Product, CRM, Media, Creative, etc. to execute.  Create and test hypothesis against sign up flow optimization on mobile/ desktop, PDP experience, positioning communication, churn.  Optimize.  
  • Define success metrics for projects and initiatives and track them on a regular basis to ensure that they are moving towards defined goals.  Owns all key metrics and reporting. Develops and tracks the right KPIs to measure acquisition, retention, AOV, NPS and how various tests/changes affect those

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years’ relevant experience in marketing, loyalty, product management. 
  • Bachelors’ degree in business, marketing or strategy, MBA preferred
  • Excellent project management, time management and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and proven ability to juggle multiple projects quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and work successfully in an ambiguous environment
  • Highly collaborative and has an affinity for building relationships across teams
