- Plan, schedule, create, and maintain targeted promotions across multiple Newegg Business Units. Ensure target coverage, execution productivity, and campaign effectiveness.
- Coach/mentor team on targeting practices, set up examples, and provide training for junior members to grow, and help document and standardize applicable execution procedures and guidelines for the overall team execution development.
- Optimize target on a daily basis to lift incremental revenue, including audience performance reporting and monitoring, measurement adjustment, target configuration tuning, and experience enhancement.
- Assist in the delivery of complex projects, drive cross-team collaboration, and support corporate campaigns, with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration including planning and implementation.
- Share target expertise/provide training to junior targeted marketing specialists and document operational procedures and guidelines to help standardize the team overall execution
- Other duties as assigned.
