Award-winning AI company ringDNA is searching for an experienced Sr. Social Media Manager who will exponentially grow social engagement, act as the voice of the company on its respective social networks and integrate social communications with the company’s growing event schedule. Working within the marketing group, you will align closely with content, campaign management, and demand generation to develop a unique social voice that drives engagement and interest in our content and ringDNA as a whole.

Who You Are

  • Experienced social media specialist with a proven track record of up-leveling social engagement for a B2B or SaaS company.
  • Gifted at growing social media accounts, driving engagement, and ultimately conversations about ringDNA.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including storytelling, writing and most importantly, listening.
  • Deep understanding of the audience types and social media best practices to optimize engagement and traffic.
  • A successful track record of working with influencers, including opening new relationships.
  • Apply data insights, research, and testing to social media strategy.
  • Passion for the ringDNA mission to create better teams at the world's largest companies. 

What You'll Do

  • Monitor, discover, and find ways for us to engage in important conversations of interest to our market.
  • Creatively help us develop a unique voice that is recognizable and connects with our target buyers.
  • Own social media follower growth and engagement metrics.
  • Manage all ringDNA social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to grow follower numbers and engagement.
  • Develop social calendars that align with the rest of the team and ensure that all social content is accurate, compelling, and on-brand.
  • Assist with ringDNA event planning and execution.
  • Design and execute short- and long-term plans that drive ringDNA overall goals.
  • Work with influencers and other companies to increase the community around ringDNA.
  • Work closely with content and demand generation to define stories and narratives that both support the strategic initiatives and resonate with our target partners.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice in all communications and postings.
  • Lead community management across all platforms.
  • Ultimately drive qualified and interested prospects to our site via social media.
  • Monitor online discussions and trends to uncover marketing opportunities.
