- Provide reports and dashboards with insights that drive improvement in the business
- Provide support to management team and operation team by reporting marketing and overall channel and customer performance on a regular basis
- Provide effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders for insight delivery. Communicate with the team all the time, to design and polish the reports
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define data tracking and reporting requirements for the company's web site, external and internal marketing channels and campaigns, as well as specific customer dimensions
- Interact with development teams to provide implementation requirements for Adobe Site Catalyst, Google Analytics and other tools
- Responsible for administration of web analytics, the upkeep of web analytics tools, configuration, and user access management. Maintain Adobe Site Catalyst, Google Analytics and other data tracking systems that are being used by company at the moment. Conduct data tracking solutions and implement, tagging validation, troubleshoot and ensure data integrity, and manage reporting logics for consistency and insight delivery
- Provide data-driven recommendations for marketing and customer strategy optimization
- Work in multiple data systems (internal and external if any) to map traffic data, channel data, transactional data, offline data, and/or any 2nd and 3rd party data to create a single view of customer. Analyze user behavior across devices (mobile, tablet, and desktop), marketing channels (Earned, Paid Search, Display, Direct, Social, Referrals) as well other customer segment dimensions. Perform ad-hoc analysis as necessary to answer business questions and drive decisions
