As the Sr. Demand Planner, you will have the chance to work side by side with the executive team. Your support to the Supply Chain Team is crucial in the success of the company. An opportunity unparalleled in this space.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement the new MRP Software in our ERP System Acumatica
- Oversee the European and US Supply Chain and plan the sourcing of raw materials, packaging and other production related materials.
- Plan production slots with our Co-Manufacturers in respect to our lead times and demands.
- Creating and maintaining the demand plan and forecasting activities related to the sourcing and production.
- Plan the stock levels of finished goods and marketing materials in all our warehouses in the US and EU.
- Work close with the Finance Team to make sure the Budgets are met.
- Track Stock levels of all our warehouses and report these to the Finance Team.
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, evaluate forecast results and present corrective actions.
- Adopt new tools to improve process and KPI results.
- Identify areas in need of improvement and create/present recommendations.
- Search for potential solutions both internally and externally
- Collaborate with the leadership team to implement process improvements
- Analyze actual sales and emerging trends in comparison to forecasts
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience (3-5 years) in growth and direct response marketing
- Excellent analytical skills and a passion for numbers
- Good communication skills and very solution-focused
- Excited to scale a company and work in a small ambitious team
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
- An individual who is ready to do what ever it takes.
- Experience with DTC brands
