The Channel Marketing Manager – Digital (CMM) position requires more than just the ability to execute against existing and traditional digital channel marketing programs. This role will be responsible for identifying and driving digital marketing activities that leverage both the accounts and Ring’s marketing plans by collaborating with stakeholders to identify new opportunities, developing e-tail strategies, and then executing, measuring, and evaluating the impact of the digital activities against business goals and objectives. These annual marketing plans include in-channel advertising placement, promotional plans, and online merchandising. The CMM -- Digital is a leader who will maintain high standards in all aspects of planning and execution to ensure programs are driven to completion by the channel team.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership over strategic digital account planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns and programs that target specific channels to promote the Ring brand and product line.
  • Analyze and track results, derive actionable insights from resulting data, quantify meaningful impact and provide strategic recommendations to the sales and channel marketing teams.
  • Development of digital marketing plans, goals and budgets for assigned accounts to drive traffic to customer websites and our brand awareness.
  • Thorough understanding of online and direct marketing principles and practices to develop and sustain strong partner relationships to deepen leadership position in category across strategic growth retailers.
  • Partnering closely with the Sr. Channel Marketing manager to develop holistic marketing plans for both in-store and online. Ensuring these programs will grow market segment share, dollar/volume share and make gains in brand awareness/consideration, while maintaining parity across all channels.
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams to execute the product launch etail plans set by the GTM group as it relates to product and program launches.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a small team of marketing specialists and managers.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with marketing programs, building and managing retail/digital marketing programs and operations in technology, CE, or retail industries.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 7+ years experience working with 2+ national retailer .coms, such as Amazon.com, BestBuy.com, TheHomeDepot.com, Costco.com, Target.com, or BedBath&Beyond.com.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business oriented strategic thinker with an ability to implement and make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated track record in driving product revenue through marketing programs execution and industry thought leadership, preferably to a global customer base.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Composed, poised and professional demeanor with the ability to work in high pressure environments.
  • 4+ years leading a team of marketing professionals is required
  • MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate and influence stakeholders outside of immediate team – sales, leadership, regional teams and other functions within Marketing.
