About the role
As a Social Media Senior Associate, you will be responsible for translating the Albert brand into platform native expressions of our company DNA. You will be in charge of all of Albert’s organic accounts across Facebook and Instagram to TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn. As both a strategist and a doer, your day-to-day will involve mining cultural and data insights for fresh content that drives engagement and reinforces the Albert brand in the minds of millions. You are passionate about social media's ability to elevate a brand by capturing and amplifying the cultural zeitgeist.

  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment: You are able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with different teams including design, copy, compliance and customer support.
  • Attention to detail: You have impeccable attention to detail and, with the help of the Albert copy team, ensure that all social materials are presentable and professional.
  • Capturing cultural moments: You enjoy translating trending cultural moments for the Albert brand.
  • Reporting results: You can track and measure campaigns to determine what content performs best for each platform.
  • Working independently: You are proactive when it comes to getting things done and can run multiple channels autonomously.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company social media accounts: You'll own organic social media channels, manage the content calendar and strategy, engage with other brands, influencers, and users, explore new channels to increase our reach, and help Albert executives build their social presence.
  • Engage users with interesting content and experiences on social media: You'll establish a process for creating content, memes, and engaging experiences across channels and collaborate with the design, copy, and compliance teams to stay within brand and legal guidelines.
  • Help maximize the impact of company announcements, product launches, and big moments: It takes a village to manage corporate and product communications so you'll be part of shaping and executing the social strategy for big news, content releases, and community engagement.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience building a social presence for a household name consumer brand and/or your own brand through social media
  • Measurable results to point to in past/personal experience
  • A passion for fintech and its ability to change lives through financial wellness
  • Impeccable written communication abilities
  • Experience in Figma, Notion, Adobe Suite and Meltwater is a plus
  • Knowledge in design
  • Fluency in pop-culture, current events, and a broad range of media
  • Highly organized 
  • Portfolio of work and metrics/results
  • Bachelor’s Degree
