Hawke is looking for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator. This position would be a great fit for a creative marketing professional looking to put their writing background to use. Content development, with the intent of attracting customers, will be a large part of this position. Content developed needs to be fresh, up to date, and engaging for the customer. Being current on new technologies and marketing trends is vital to success in this role. The expansion of the company’s digital footprint is your ultimate goal, along with brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging copy across all social media channels
• Daily monitoring of social channels
• Build community and engage with social media audiences
• Help with creative ideas, strategy, and research
• Facilitate influencer outreach and negotiations
• Assist in drafting proposals, contracts, and presentations
• Maintain social media calendar and posting schedule
• Use data and knowledge of space to identify influencers for campaigns
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers
• Deliver weekly reporting

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Outstanding writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Proactive self-starter that is creative and has a can-do attitude
• Thorough understanding of various social media handles and how to navigate through each platform
• Yearning to constantly learn new things and improve on current methods
• Ability to work in a variety of media, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust as circumstances change
