Social Media Marketing Associate

And, social media is one of our most important channels to reach, engage and educate our audience.

We’re looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish) Social Media Marketing Associate with experience creating social media content. We are looking for someone who can plan content in advance, but also someone who can also react quickly to social media trends.

We’re looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Associate who has experience creating content to engage with a digital community. Considered candidates must speak and write Spanish and have strong ties to the Latinx culture.

Our social media mission is to engage the brand with Latinx business owners who are looking to grow their business. Our most active social media channel is Facebook (https://fb.com/caminofinancial), but we are interested in activating Youtube and Instagram soon.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy

• Create creative organic posts

• Copywriting for social media advertising

• Achieve monthly targets

• Analyze results and generate weekly and monthly reports

• Manage the Community Manager to ensure quality response and productivity

• Monitor news in order to react with a great post idea

• Oversee video and photo productions within Los Angeles area

Requirements

• Bachelor in Communications, Marketing, or similar.

• Fluent in written and oral English and Spanish

• Strong understanding of Latino Culture

• Very good storyteller

• 1+ years of experience creating and implementing social media strategies

• Analytical mind who can translate statistics into creative ideas

• Advance graphic design skills

• Intermediate video editing skills

Compensation and benefits

• Base Salary: $45,000 per year
