Dave’s looking for a Social Media Manager to lead strategy and execution for all social media channels. You will be responsible for positioning Dave on social media as an engaging thought leader in the space. The Social Media Manager will oversee audience growth and engagement, content strategy, overseeing Dave’s community management team, and posting to achieve Dave’s social media goals. The Social Media Manager has experience growing social media platforms for a fast-growing brand. 

You Will:

  • Develop a long-term vision, goals, and strategies to grow Dave’s social media.
  • Schedule and publish content across all applicable social media channels. 
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute all social media content on all active channels, including a well-articulated approach for growing followers, engagement, and traffic.
  • Execute monthly social media reporting on key metrics, including growth in followers, engagement, and traffic; share learnings and continuously optimize. 
  • Collaborate with our Customer Service team to ensure we are providing customer service across all social media channels. 
  • Act as the voice of Dave through the day-to-day execution, content production, and moderation of the social media comments. 
  • Manage a team of 3 part-time employees who will respond to social media comments as “Dave”.
  • Provide and identify opportunities in the social space to recommend test plans and trial new initiatives. 
  • Maintain and optimize social editorial calendar.

You Have:

  • 3-5+ years of managing social media for an engaging B2C brand.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing and growing professional social media profiles on Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Experience launching an organization’s presence on emerging platforms like TikTok is a plus
  • The ability to work independently, but thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic and analytical, comfortable using data to inform decisions but also highly creative and resourceful.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once. 
  • Strong initiative to drive results and solve problems.
