Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the social content strategy to meet the follower, engagement and department goals.
  • Responsible and accountable for social performance metrics.
  • Plan the social media calendar and manage daily posting across all platforms.
  • Light social media content creation, including photography, video, design, and inspirational images.
  • Work closely with, communicate and present creative with all key stakeholders and counterparts.
  • Monitor social performance to determine effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Provide detailed weekly reporting across all channels.
  • Daily community management across all platforms (DMs, posts, interacting with customers, etc.).
  • Liaise with store and customer service team to manage customer queries.

Requirements

  • 4+ years social media experience.
  • Exceptionally skilled at image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form and color.
  • Acute awareness of social best practices per channel and real-time key social trends and influencers.
  • Highly creative, collaborative, positive, and proactive.
  • Team player who takes initiative.
  • The ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury, fashion, and e-commerce space.
