With beautiful, custom websites, mobile-responsive design, email and cloud hosting, analytics, search engine optimization, content creation, advertising, and web security – we’re the all-in-one platform that the veterinary industry has been needing for a long time. We’re growing quickly and need to add more talented people to our team. Please note: only applicants in Orange County will be considered for this role.

The ideal candidate will be someone that works smart and wants to rise in our company. Our team is big on collaboration and wearing multiple hats to keep the momentum rolling!

In this role you will:

• Work with our sales and marketing teams
• Communicate with clients during their onboarding period to make sure their needs are being met
• Communicate with multiple internal departments to make sure onboarding stays on schedule
• Ongoing client relationship management to make sure needs are being met
• Manage support tickets and work to find solutions with our web team

The right candidate has these skills:

• At least one year of client communication experience
• Agency or startup experience is not required but is preferred
• Friendly and outgoing
• Basic skills with Gmail and Zoom (or other screenshare programs)
• Organized and well-written with strong overall communication abilities
• Basic knowledge of web design, SEO, paid advertising (Google and Facebook), and social media (we will be training you)
