Social Media Manager
ResortPass (www.resortpass.com) is an online booking platform for access to resorts and hotels for the pool, spa, fitness, and amenities. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to manage content across all platforms, email, blog, and influencers. The ideal candidate connects with our brand and can engage our community of users through creative and copy.
Areas of Responsibility
Build and execute a strong social media content strategy across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest)
Monitor and analyze social campaign performance and key metrics
Develop and schedule creative content and campaigns via an editorial calendar
Seek out and manage brand partnership opportunities
Discover new influencer talent for collaborations, new content, and campaigns
Manage influencer program from contracts, execution, and reporting
Identify opportunities, trends and features in the social media space
Explore new strategic and creative marketing channels
Deliver on defined organic growth and audience engagement goals, focusing on Instagram
Serve as a community manager by engaging fans, followers, prospects, and partners
Develop email marketing campaigns alongside VP of Marketing
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Writing or equivalent
3+ years of experience managing social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest and/or digital marketing experience.
Strong copywriting and written communication skills
Experience with building brand voice
An eye for design and a passion for bright, beautiful imagery
Experience in a growth stage company, extremely well-organized, methodical and efficient, able to bring initiative to a lean startup team.
