This is the real deal, our internships aren’t coffee getting or paper filing. Okay, well someone has to get the cold brew. This internship will give you hands-on experience, your friends will be jealous, trust.

You’ll be involved in decision making and action. You’ll be executing and managing your own projects.

Responsibilities:

• Managing our Instagram & Facebook.

• Plan and create engaging content that our audience will enjoy.

• Create & manage a social media content calendar.    

• Stories are a great way to connect with our users. You’ll have to be comfortable creating stories and thinking outside the box.

• DM and reach out to influencers. Maintain and manage relationships with them.

• Monitor and report on social media growth using tools like Buffer. (We will teach you)

• Keep track of the competition and what is going on in the industry.

Requirements:

• Must have your own laptop.

• Must be able to commute to and from Santa Monica.

• Master in all things social media.

• Must be active personally on social media. And no don’t just start posting now.

• Creative thinker to be able to produce engaging content.

• Outstanding writing skills with the ability to pen clever, engaging, clean copy in a strong voice.

• Previous social media experience preferred, but not necessary.

• Huge plus, not necessary if you can edit photos or videos in programs like Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere.
