Tamara Mellon is currently seeking a Social Media Coordinator at our head office located in West Hollywood, CA. The position reports directly to the Editor of Brand and Social Media.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Community management (responding to DMs/comments, liking/commenting on posts)
• Liaise with customer service team to manage customer inquiries
• Flag what to repost
• Manage posting of content in line with calendar across all social channels (including weekends)
• Assist with weekly reporting across all channels
• Engage on social with relevant brands in our space
• Assist with capturing content for social franchises
• Contribute ideas for content initiatives
• Collaborate on social influencer and partnership strategies to grow our audience

Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent
• Proven experience with social media platforms
• Strong knowledge of key social trends and zeitgeist
• Team player who takes initiative
• The ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for fashion and luxury
