Job Description

We are hiring a Social Media Content Analyst to help transform the digital lending space. We believe that lending and borrowing money should be easy, fulfilling, and fun. You’ll work closely with our team to develop thoughtful experiences to facilitate financial transactions between peers. We’re a scrappy group, driven by the desire to change peer to peer lending through user-focused design. At our company’s stage, the impact you can have is huge.

WHAT WR ARE LOOKING FOR

* Build out voice of the brand 
* Develop a strategy and make decisions on where we need to be 
* Work with our design team to produce world class creative 
* Plan monthly content calendars and revise as necessary 
* Schedule daily post schedules and fill in with ad hoc where necessary 
* Build audience to increase our social reach 
* Develop partnerships with other great brands in the FinTech and Finance 
* Daily conversations with consumers to educate about peer to peer lending 
* Work closely with peers in Paid to promote the right content and drive purchases 
* Track performance and work to set benchmarks for improvement- Answer questions and comments on social with customer service support

REQUIREMENTS

* 1-4 years experience in a social marketing role 
* Detail oriented and very organized - you won't be micromanaged in this role 
* High proficiency with the following marketing channels: Facebook, Instagram, Apple Search Ads, Youtube, Snapchat and Google AdWords. 
* Comfortable learning incredibly quickly and taking on more responsibility than you typically would get
